Dear friends,

Introducing NewCovenantTheology.org. – my latest team project.  I’ve set it up and have invited a number of key New Covenant Theology (NCT) representatives to be added as editors to the list of contributors.

Goal:  An NCT hub to act as a portal to key NCT information and sites. 

What this site is not: The aim of this site isn’t to be a repository of NCT material. It is to contain no blog postings, audio, video, contact lists, etc. It is to be substanceless.

What this site is: My aim is to create a portal to point people to NCT articles, blogs, audio, video, contact lists, etc. I’d like people to know that if they are looking for a particular NCT site or materials they will be able to find it at NewCovenantTheology.org.

Terry Rayburn has generously handed the domain over to me. He told me he kept it because he didn’t want it to fall into the hands of the evil Orcs. In keeping with this noble desire I’d like to take it one step further by pointing people away from Orc territory and towards safe mainstream NCT ground where the flock can safely feed – enjoying the rich blessing of the New Covenant.  Sites such as Terry’s.

If we can work together to keep the site current then it will remain at the top of google searches for “New Covenant Theology” (and will likely gain the number one spot with NCT built into the domain name).  In that case we would have done ourselves and the cause of truth a great service and have a handy reference site to use.

There are some gaps to fill in terms of representation.  If anyone personally knows someone on staff from ‘Providence Theological Seminary’, ‘Searching Together’ and/or Fred Zaspel’s ministry that might be interested in being a part of the project please discuss this with them and let me know - better it comes from someone they know.

And let me know if you think there are other ministries or people that should be involved also. I desire the site to lovingly showcase and embrace the spectrum of mainstream NCT – from Fred Zaspel to Chad Bresson; IDS to Sound of Grace.
